He then moved to New York in 1999, where he continued to work as a chef. He then moved to Florida in 2002 and started his own restaurant "Taste of India" in Melbourne. Today he is the proud owner of several restaurants or is in charge of directly managing them across regions like Naples, Fort Myers, Bradenton and Tampa.
Needless to say, his more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industries has served him with much success. He is now well known among Indian food lovers in Florida. In fact, his career journey and success story has been an inspiration for many to start their own restaurants in Florida. He is pretty much looked upon as a teacher and guide by many aspiring young entrepreneurs who wish to make a mark in the restaurant industry.
